Diffusing is one of the best ways to use essential oils and I made a quick video to share a couple tips, why I love diffusing, and how easy it is to diffuse!
When I started my journey with essential oils I ordered my starter kit knowing full well I would probably never use the diffuser. And for the first several months it sat on the shelf and I didn’t touch it. I finally got to the point that I thought you know what, I’m going to give this a try. I was super stressed at work and I decided that I would try taking my diffuser up to work and give it a shot. So I smuggled it into my office and put Stress Away in it.
I don’t know why I waited so long to try it. It smells fantastic, it’s a great way to get the therapeutic properties of the oils into you. And anything having to do with emotions or memories, those things specifically react to smells. So anything that you’re trying to do to affect your mood or your emotions, diffuse oils.
You can use lavender next to your bed at night for relaxation. You can use any of the citrus oils for feeling uplifting and energizing. Thieves, I love using Thieves when I clean my house and especially during cold season to help build up that immune system.
I still can’t believe I left my diffuser in the box for so long!
